If you are installing new MiVoice Business software to rebuild a corrupted database, and there is no customer database to restore, you must perform a DBMS Save from the Maintenance Command interface.
NOTE: If you restore a database during an install procedure, you do not need to perform a DBMS Save because the system performs one automatically.
To do a DBMS Save
Select Maintenance and Diagnostics.
In the command line, type dbms save, and click Enter. The system performs a DBMS Save and indicates when it is complete.
